5. Third-Party Assurances

Any external vendors or service providers used for age verification must:

5.1 Enter into written contracts with TMM that require them to secure all verification data; and

5.2 Commit to deleting the data immediately after the verification process is finished.

TMM will not engage any third party that does not provide these written assurances.

6. Security Measures

Verification records are protected by appropriate technical and organizational safeguards designed to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include secure transmission, restricted access controls, encryption where applicable, and regular security reviews.

7. User Notice

Before any age-verification data is collected, users (and, where applicable, parents or guardians) are provided with a clear, plain-language notice explaining:

7.1 Why the age check is required;

7.2 What limited information is collected;

7.3 That the data will be used solely for age confirmation and then promptly deleted; and
